Pick-up/Drop-off Procedures

Thunder Eagle families, thank you for helping us keep arrival and dismissal safe, smooth, and stress-free!  Our drop-off and pick-up procedures will look just the same as last year—so if you were here with us, you’ll feel right at home. Please use the maps below as a helpful reminder.

 Car Pick-Up & Drop-Off

• Follow the car route shown on the map.

• Grown-ups, please stay in your car while we help your child in or out.

• Be sure to pull all the way up and close to the car in front of you so we can fit as many cars as possible off the road. (It helps the whole line move faster too—thank you!)

 Crosswalks & Walkers

• Students using the crosswalk must be with an adult.

• Walkers will meet their families at the designated spot at the end of the day (see map).

 Bus Zone

• The bus area is a student-only zone—thank you for keeping it clear!

 Gate Times

• Gates will close at 8:20 AM in the morning and 3:15 PM in the afternoon. If you arrive after either time, you will need to park and walk to the office to pick up or drop off your student.
